A Grace-Filled Feast of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe

On August 14, 2025, at St. Maximilian Friary in Parañaque City, we, the Conventual Franciscan Friars, joyfully celebrated the Solemnity of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe, OFM Conv., Martyr of Charity.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass was presided over by the Vicar of the Friary and Exactor of the Custody, Fra. John Vianney Ma. Acosta, OFMConv., together with our friar priests and several guest priests.

The celebration was made more meaningful by the presence of members of the Militia Immaculatae, the OFS, friends and benefactors of the friary, friars from San Agustin Friary in Parañaque and St. Joseph Friary in Tagaytay along with our postulants, and many devoted faithful who came to honor our beloved saint.

It was a truly grace-filled and solemn occasion, a moment of deep gratitude to the Lord through the powerful intercession of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe.
