December 09, 2024, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. The friars from different communities, postulants and observers gathered together at St. Joseph Friary, Tagaytay City.

This year, the Franciscans are celebrating the 800th Anniversary of the Stigmata of St. Francis or the bodily marks resembling the wounds of the crucified Christ.

On August 15, 2024, during the Solemnity of the Assumption, the Custody marked the Renewal of Vows, Postulancy Acceptance, and the 40th-day Commemoration of Fra Leo Estanislao.

On July 12, 2024, the remains of Fra Giuseppe Olayvar, OFMConv. and Fra Jose Costuya, OFMConv. were exhumed and re-interred in Tagaytay City, with rites presided over by Fra Matthew Faraon, OFMConv.

Fra Leo M. Estanislao, OFMConv., born May 19, 1967, in Zamboanga City, dedicated his life to the Order of Friars Minor Conventual. He joined his Creator on July 6, 2024, at 57.

From June 3-8, 2024, six brothers joined the Vocation Search-In Program at St. Maximilian Friary, Parañaque City, led by Fra Odorico Laoreno, OFMConv., and Fra Raphael Ysulan, OFMConv.
